In which languages do you provide advice?

I am a foreigner moving to Spain. Can you help with NIE and residency?

Yes. We guide you through the documents required, the deadlines and the procedure before the Foreigners Office. We file the NIE application, explain the difference between tax and administrative residency, and assist with renewals.

Can you help me register as self-employed if I am a foreign national?

What is the Modelo 720 and who has to file it?

Modelo 720 is an informative declaration of assets and rights held abroad. It applies to Spanish tax residents with accounts, securities or property abroad worth more than 50,000 euros in each category. We assess whether you are obliged to file and prepare the return correctly.

I own a property in Altea but I am not a resident. What taxes do I have to pay?

Non-residents owning property in Spain must file Modelo 210 every year, even if the property is not rented out. If it is let, the tax becomes quarterly. We calculate the taxable base and submit the return on time.

We aim to reply to any enquiry by email or phone within 24 to 48 working hours. During tax filing campaigns (income tax, corporation tax, Modelo 720) we prioritise files with imminent deadlines.

Which quarterly returns must a self-employed person file?

Accepted Answer

Most commonly Modelo 303 (VAT), Modelo 130 or 131 (IRPF instalments) and, if you have employees or hire professionals, Modelo 111 for withholdings. Annual summaries (390, 190, 180) are filed at year end. We calculate and submit each return on time.

I have lived in Spain for years and now face an inheritance with assets in my home country. Can you help?

Yes. International inheritance requires combining Spanish rules with those of the country of origin and applying double-taxation treaties correctly. We coordinate with local notaries and with advisors in the deceased's home country to keep the process orderly.

I want to incorporate a Spanish limited company. What do I need?

We support you through the entire process: name reservation, capital deposit, drafting of bylaws, deed before notary, registration with the Tax Agency and Social Security and filing of annual accounts. We explain step by step the obligations the new company will assume.

I already have an advisor in my home country. Can you work alongside them?

Of course. We are used to working with tax advisors and lawyers in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany and other countries, with the client's authorisation. This avoids duplication and keeps Spanish tax positions consistent with those at home.
